Florian Soyka: Florian came up with the idea for the underwater world during his PostDoc. The aim was to relax people and restore their cognitive abilities using Virtual Reality. He was leading the project and was involved in the design, the implementation and the experiments that were performed with the underwater world.

Betty Mohler: Betty is leading the Space & Body Perception research group and therefore provided the funding for this project. She was also actively involved in the design of the underwater world and the experiments. |

Markus Leyrer: Markus was a PhD student who helped in the design of the underwater world and the experiments. |

Chris Ferguson & Joe Smallwood: Chris and Joe were students from the Sheffield Hallam University. They did a half year internship at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics and designed and implemented the underwater world. Chris was more involved in the programming and Joe more on the design side. They did the main implementation work. |

Joachim Tesch: Joachim is a Virtual Reality technician who helped with programming and optimization issues and provided technical support. |

Anna Wellerdiek: Anna was a research assistant who tested participants in experiments done with the underwater world. |

Mario Waldleitner: Mario was a BSc student from the Reutlingen University who did his final year project in our group. He performed user evaluation studies which involved the underwater world. | |||
Shaun Dodd: Shaun was a student from the Sheffield Hallam University who tested participants in experiments done with the underwater world. |
